Challenge: Spider Business Center has low occupancy in their business center for the last few months. We needed to leverage digital create demand and generate leads for business.

Strategy:

  • We’ve developed a specific LANDING PAGE focusing on top features in order to capture leads. The landing page form was integrated with CRM system in order to support sales reps to access leads directly and action on them immediately.
  • From DIGITAL ADVERTISING perspective, we leverage a combination of social, search, display and retarget platform and budget allocation done accordingly.
